Terms and Conditions

  • Cancellation and Late Policy: A grace period (10min) is typical before an appointment is considered a no-show, potentially leading to fees or forfeiture of deposits.
  • Payment and Deposits: Non-refundable deposits or retainers are standard, especially for high-demand services or event bookings.
  • Health and Safety: Clients must disclose allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities. Salons must confirm that equipment is sanitized, and services are performed by qualified staff.
  • Service Guarantee/Refunds: While cash refunds are rarely offered, many salons guarantee their work, requiring clients to notify them within 7 days for a "redo" service.
  • Right to Refuse Service: mlglambeauty/beyond beauty artistry  reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or intoxication reasons.
  • Liability Waiver: MLglambeauty/beyond beauty Artistry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Age Restrictions: Clients under 18 may need parent/guardian consent, especially for chemical or advanced treatments.
  • Results Disclaimer: Results are not guaranteed, as they vary based on the client's hair/skin condition.
